Played there last Friday and still placing everywhere, they done a lot of drainage work the place was very dry apart from deep in the rough, we've had a good few days of drying weather so might be qualifying tomorrow

No it wasnt qualifying sat! I didnt play in the end cos wasnt paying another 20 quid for it again without it being gui. Really dont see why not at this stage, a few bare lies in the rough i guess, cos fairways were in good nick and it wasnt soft last wk

From what I gather, Naas GC has invested a lot of money and work on drainage in the past couple of years.

It's understandable they're reluctant to do away with placing until the course is fully set. They're thinking long term and rightly so.

Judging by the course info on their phone system, Naas is placing on fairways only now.

Pro shop line going to voicemail.

Am I correct in thinking that that will definitely be a qualifying comp?
