Have you tried updating/reinstalling the printer drivers??

A good first step would be to tell us:

    Make/model of the printers.

How they are attached to the computer. E.g. USB, Wireless, BT, LPT ?

What operating system you use, Windows (XP, 7, 8 ?) Mac OS ?

What applications have you tried to print from ? Word Processor, Email, Webpage ?

Can you print a test page from the printers preferences pane ?

I've had Firewalls causing printouts of emails and webpages to fail so there could be any number of reasons but the basics above should help pin it down.

    Ken
