Routine Advice?

    Hi all,

Just wondering if someone could give me a quick piece of advice regarding drawing up a late beginner/intermediate weights routine for myself.

I have a nutritional plan in place.

Just to give a bit of background, I'm 28 and weigh 12 and a half stone, and 5 foot 11. Have sporadically gone to gym before, and would by no means be overweight, but am eager to lost the "soft" look I currently have

Is it better to base a programme, beginner or otherwise, focusing on one muscle group four times a week (say, shoulder and chest on a Monday, arms and back on a Wednesday, legs and core on a Friday, etc.) or to just have one full body routine that I do everytime I'm in the gym?
