    Steve Peters is also stepping down as the team's psychiatrist. It's clear from comments made from a lot of riders that he has helped the team greatly over recent years. Indeed whenever I walk past his office at Manchester velodrome I feel like nipping in and asking if he could do a quick examination of my head....

    He's a psychiatrist .... not a miracle worker :D
