Buying a monitor

I'm not overly sure that this is the right place to post this but I am looking to buy a new monitor.
I decided I needed to look around after I saw a ridiculously overpriced monitor in harvey norman
Harvey Norman (Asus 23" LED Monitor | VS247H) 249€
Most similar monitor on newegg ASUS VS Series VS238H-P Black 23" under 110€
Basically I am looking for a monitor about 23 inches full hd low ms high contrast ratio for gaming for a good price.

I myself am looking for a 27 inch 1920 x 1080 monitor with USB and HDMI inputs.. If anyone knows of one let me know. I can see 27 inch monitors with HDMI and maybe no USB and some with USB and no HDMI... USB 2.0 is fine I just like using it as spare hub for the gadgets.

Looking for a monitor myself and came across this which is good value. No usb ports but a good deal
