    Hi All

I went had a hard time with Bullying in the workplace and filed a Grievance last year which HR did not Investigate at all properly and to sum things up after providing 3 witnesses and much documentary evidence the wagons were circled between HR and Senior management and they dismissed my Grievance with a lot of waffle which I am unimpressed with to say the least.
I had no intention of taking legal action but the Investigation was so poor I felt I had no choice but to file a personal injury claim to the high court. I didn't realise it would take so long to come around. Is there a quicker way to bring them legally to account?

It is a multinational and my lawyer thinks I should remain with them until its sorted legally but I feel uncomfortable in the workplace to say the least.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
