Saw that myself earlier this morning, but when I checked on 28/19/13E/5W it looked all normal - normal new report showing.
They must have sorted themselves out!

dx have to ask the stupid question, but what's the issue with multistream?
Is it something specific to DVB-S2, or the way they broadcast it - like the old multi red button channels that bbc had on 28e?

Its not meant to be intercepted as its a feed for the DVB-T TX's in Italy. Only professional receivers are meant to receive it, mainly ones with a specific chip, BUT the drivers for E2 have made it into the wild meaning you can run certain USB DVB-S2 tuners that have that chip on E2.

The simplest way to explain it is that it is not encrypted, but it is made difficult to receive on domestic equipment a bit like to 4:2:2 feeds.
