    Phone wouldn't come on properly. Only the battery charge symbol showing. Sent it away on warranty through my local Vodafone shop. 2 weeks later I'm told it was water damaged and will cost €180.
    I know this phone was not exposed to any moisture whatsoever so are they trying to pull a fast one and get out of covering the warranty??

    I have yet to have a phone sent away for repair to come back saying anything only water damage. Sickens my ar$e!

    I thought it was only a carphone warehouse trick, but obviously if you sent it to Vodafone then they're all at it.

    When i tried fighting my case that i didn't get it wet they tild me that it was more than likely a rain drop that entered the phone and did i use my phone outside?

    Are they for real?
    Anyway, caused a big show in store and many phone calls to their management and after quite some time i was given a new same model phone.
