Digiweb billing

    Hi, has anyone else had this problem with Digiweb? My direct debit date is between the 20th and 25th of the month which is grand. But today digiweb took my payment on the 10th with no notice. Can they do this?? : :confused:

    That's pretty bad but nothing really surprises me with Digiweb.

    I closed my account in February and I'm still waiting on a refund they promised for charging while the service was unavailable. I have it in writing I'd be refunded within 30 days but that's well overdue by now, they've failed to pay up and won't respond to follow up queries.

    Absolute shower of cowboys.
