On the Citizens info site, is says one can correct ones details on the register up to 25 November each year. It also says The amended Register of Electors is published on 1 February and comes into force on 15 February.

If one has moved address after these dates this year, is it too late now to get oneself on the register for the May elections?

It isn't too late. There is a supplemental register prepared for each election and you can apply up May 6th. http://www.checktheregister.ie/appforms/RFA2_English_Form.pdf

No. You can fill out an RFA3 form until May 6th

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
