Car insurance

    My wife and I have a car and we are planning on getting a second car. Our current car is in my name and the car insurance policy is also, with herself as a named driver.

    I am just wondering it as easy do the same with a second car or should the second car be in her name & same with the policy? (She is 2 years younger than me). Or does it make much difference in terms of insurance.

    If she has no N.C.B then it will work out cheaper for you to mirror your current policy too a new one.
    Munster group in Ennis will sort that out for you.
    Shop around though see how much extra it will cost to have her as the main driver, it may well be worth while spending a bit extra now and having two independent policies in the long run.
