When you 'submit' info online as opposed to email, is there any way to reveal its destination address.

It might not even go to an address. It could just enter the details into a logging system or database.
Eitherway mostly "no" is the answer.

Could try right clicking the page and viewing page source, but it could not an email address it goes to at all like PeteFalk said or be hidden. More than likely if they have a website it's being processed by the webpage and being stored by the server that the website sits on.

It's likely a script on the web server that does this processing. Until you receive a response it's not possible to figure out the destination email address. As mentioned above some web forms simply go into a database, no email is ever sent to the receiver, particularly relevant for online ticket systems.
