    2 loud turboprops travelling together just passed over Castlebar heading east. Anyone have clear skies keep an eye out for them

    I heard a loud turboprop pass over around that time, no clear sky tho, did you get to see them?

    it was 2 USAF C-130'S around 1855 followed by another C-130 around 2045.

    it was 2 USAF C-130'S around 1855 followed by another C-130 around 2045.

    One passed over the other night, around midnight, I seen it on the FR24 and went outside to see if I could see it. It was 14km south of my house, couldn't see it but could still hear it, bleedin deadly it was

    was that the one out of Shannon the other night? ya , a lovely sound. and so hard to spot in the sky as they usually have no contrails.

    Yeah thats the one, hard to spot but I tell ya, not hard to hear and im bloody half deaf.
