    Lo all.
I applied for planing permission a few years ago to build and extension, and eventually got it.
However i need to get copies of the plans so as to get quotes from a few different builders. the original architect is now gone.

Anyone know where in dublin i can get copies made?

What LA did you apply to?
When did you get planning approval?

Its dublin planning and i had to get planning which was granted 2 years ago and i have to build within the next 3, but we have a conservatory that was added a few years ago which would have used up the allowable square footage for extensions, hence the application.
I simply need copies of the plans so i can get quotes from builders etc.

Would there be still copies in the file at the council offices. If so you could get copies for a small fee I think.

I assume your architect issued you a full hard copy set of the drawings as lodged to the LA? Do you not have those lying around somewhere? if you do shoot over to hackets to make copies. if not - (as above) the LA is the place to go. they can copy the full package for you (usually for a fee i think) provided they still have them on file, which given the timeline they should have.

Be careful though, you are now in BCAR territory . . .

Cheers for the info. I have 2 full copies of the plans. I just want additional copies to give to a few builders to get estimates etc for the work.

Your just looking for photocopies!...:p...Reads or Hacketts do large format copying (which I assume you are looking for?).
