HPI check

    Just a quick query
    Did a HPI check on a car that I might be interested in buying.
    It came back as "Good News" and not major showed up wrong with the car except.........................
    I know there are at least 2 owners on it but the HPI check is showing 0 owners(or keepers as they call it).

    Why would this be?
    Should I be cautious with this or could it be a simple error?
    I have tried to contact HPI but only a phone number that I cant get through on and the appear to be unable to be contacted via email :confused:

    Any advice folks would be greatly appreciated :)
