    Romanian police are investigating after a video emerged showing a gang of local youths outside a bar grabbing an elderly woman and swinging her around as she screams in terror

    It hasn't been proven fake yet.
    “We are looking into this incident. We want to know when this video was shot, where it was shot and who the people were in the video. A report will then be prepared for prosecutors who will decide what action to take”, a local police spokesman told CEN.

    Very true, if indeed this video is genuine and it's not one of their mates in a mask or some sh1t like that, then it could prompt brainless copy cats to do that over here...

    I think most people would agree with me that if this was done to your mother/Grandmother then the person responsible would be eating dinner fed by a nurse through a straw for many many months....
