Pcos and inositol

    Hey ladies.
Just wondering if anyone has taken inositol supplement to help with PCOS symptoms?
I've been reading some stuff online about it, and there seems to be a few studies that have had positive results with it.
Its a "natural medicine", according to the natural medicine journal, so I'm sure it won't do me any harm, but I'd love to hear of someone else who's taken it to see if it helped!

Mods, if there's a better place for this thread, please move it!

Best to talk to your GP.

Thanks for your input. I intend to talk to my gp before taking anything, but I'm just wondering if there's anyone who has taken it with success too.
