DoneDeal phishing email scam.

Don't get caught.

The subject of the email is along the lines of "DoneDeal.ie Survey €150 reward for completing."

This is a phishing scam.

It looks very much like Done Deal and the address appears like it is genuine.

Thank you for contacting us and letting us know about this.

DoneDeal did NOT send you this email. Please ignore the mail and do not download the attachment. We would urge you to report this to your email providers as spam. What these people are doing is known as phishing/smishing and it is an attempt to access your personal details. It is imperative, if you feel you have entered your credit card details in an insecure location that you contact your credit card company. They will take action as soon as they have been notified

Update from DoneDeal.ie

No problem! Thank you again for letting us know. We have just been alerted to the scam so I have the Tech team working on getting something up on the site as well as getting the site that sent the email shut down.

I got one this morning O_o and was about to fill in my details when I thought to Google it and see if it was legit, am glad I did...what happens if you fill in your Credit Card details? Seems I am quite gullible at 8.30am >_<

a) have no money in your account now
b) have helped fund terrorists, and have no money left
c) have not yet had all your money taken, but you better let your bank know quickly
