Transferred Money - Other side never got it

    Hi,

    Last week i transferred €100  to my parents AIB account for a present for Mother's Day. They've never received the money, yet it's gone from my account since the 24th March. 

    What's the procedure here, and how do i go about getting the transfer completed ?

    Thanks for posting. 

    Please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 and a representative will look into the transfer. 

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12 midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
