RTE Player not working on Xbox 360

Hi all is anyone else on upc having an issue accessing the rte player through the xbox 360 at the moment, the last 2 days i cant access it, i have standard upc dns settings etc set on the console and actually factory reset the router just to be sure it wasn't that.

I have been having the same problem for several months. I've deleted and reinstalled on numerous occasions and also cleared the cache. Has anyone found a solution?

It's stopped working on our PS3 also..

I read somewhere that it's to do with RTE upgrading their Player, but it won't work on the old Xbox or PS3's as they have not been updated.

Is this still an issue? I'm trying to watch a show (The Fall) that started last night. It shows up on RTE Player on my PC, but not on the Xbox app. Homeland is on both and The Fall isn't.
