Name that hinge!

Having a problem with hinges on a back door - basically they've worn over time, causing the door to drop a fraction in the frame. As a result it's taking considerable effort to lock & unlock it. I've been told this type of hinge is fairly uncommon and may prove difficult to source, though doing so would obviously be preferable to having to replace the entire door.

I've used cable ties & previously some wire to stabilise the door & it improves matters to a degree, but it's clearly not a permanent solution.

Just wondering if anyone recognises that type of hinge & could possibly point me towards anywhere that may stock them or be able to order them in.
