Hi Is one of the main beers in the market (budweiser, Calsberg, Coors etc) made from rice? that would then make it gluten + wheat free. Thanks

Don't think so, but there's Tsing Tao, a chinese lager made from rice which is available pretty much everywhere and isn't too bad

Budweiser and Coors are made with rice but still contain gluten from the barley. If you go to your local enough I'm sure they could source some GF beer, plenty of options out there now.

I am allergic to wheat only, so can have most beers on the market. But when researching them, I found that you can get a few gluten free beers. I can't remember the names of them all though, there were about three or four. None of them were big names, like those you've mentioned.
The only gluten free that I've actually seen on the market is called daura if I remember correctly. Made by Estrella. 4bottles are about €10 in tesco, but most off licenses stock it. Bigger bars in the city also stock it!

Here's a good blog post on what's available in Ireland.
