Peugeot 206 check engine light

    Hi guys

    My check engine light keeps coming on on my 206 1.4 hdi. It's weird because it will come on for a day and then go off again sometimes when it comes on it flashes stop at me but it drives grand. No loss of power no weird noises or smoke even tho it's got massive mileage on it I really enjoy driving it.
    Does anyone know someone in wexford, waterford or kilkenny area that has correct diagnostic software for it to read the fault I tried just a cheap odb2 scanner and it says there is no fault and none logged I ecu.

    Any help to avoid the massive cost of going to dealer would be greatly appreciate as got quoted nearly 100 euro to just read the fault if there is any.
