Return to Eircom after 5 years away and not happy customer.

    I returned to Eircom after 5 years with another service provider using a differant BB and hone technology so the original line was left in my house.

    I signed back up on the 1 of November after talking to CS, I should ave known because it took 5 attempts just to place my order and then the BB didnt work.

    anyway with the promise of up to 24mb on my line and the free upgrade to efibre and €35 a month for the first 6 months.

    what did I get
    Eircom trying to Direct debit my bank 60-70+ every month rather than the €35
    Broadband that is sometimes 3mb down and 300K up that's when it works.
    No dates for Efibre even tho my exchange is enabled and both estates around me are on it.

    I am a disappointed customer I hope CS here can resolve, as I am fed up with Phone support and the waiting, if I can get some of these issues resolved it would be , if not I will have to try cancelling contract.
