Hi I have a problem with the drop down list where you type your username for ebay. Whenever I click it, this happens. I was wondering if anyone knew what was wrong and how to fix it?

What browser? And have you tested this in another browser to see if it happens there too??

Try clearing browser cache and see if that fix the issue.

Might be worth updating your video card drivers judging by the error it looks like some visual corruption

It's Mozilla Firefox, I tried Internet explorer and it doesn't happen there.

Everything is up to date and the same thing is happening.

Thanks for everyone's help, I has to be firefox. I'll try re-installing it and see if that helps.

Go to Firefox > Preferences > Advanced

uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If you restart Firefox, is the issue resolved (or at least improved)?
