Hi, I am a newbie to the forum. I am in the process of building a small garage. I have most of my foundation blockwork (3 courses) built so far. I am hoping to have my floor finished by the end of the week- this will consist of 75mm rigid insulation and 150mm thick broom finish concrete slab.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to the best way to deal with the floor beneath the garage door positions. My initial plan was to just build up the wall and just run the slab inside with a ramped concrete apron outside later but I think could that lead to cracking where cars passes over top of blockwork?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
