Cisco EPC3925 WPS

Does anyone know how to enable WPS on a Cisco EPC3925? I'm with UPC and the setting is disabled (and locked). My previous EPC3925 had it enabled - had to change cos the power supply started making a high pitched sound. When I got the new one, WPS was disabled.
