    Any sign of new installation aid grant for young farmer's under 40 ?

    No there is going to be no installation aid just the 25% single payment top on a maximum of 50 hectares. The maximum top up will be around €3500 per year for the 5 years

    agriman27, do you know if the 25% top up will be 25% on top of your own entitlement value or 25% of the national average ?

    Its only the first five years you're farming so if you started three years ago you'll only get the bonus for two years.
    I think it starts next year and I think its based on 25% of the national average, about €60/ha
