Just got a letter off local SW office, titled Re: Expired Payment

I have been singing on since end of January, and this is the first piece of correspondence I've received. Still haven't got any money off them.

It's a short letter that just states with refards your claim please attend the office.

Should I be worried ? As far as I know, I've not done anything wrong, been working ten years upto that point.

Your claim may have been put into payment and you might not have received your letter. If this happened you would have missed payments at the post office and report would issue regarding expired payments. Go to the office and explain your circumstances and go from there.

You were spot on, I never got the letter, have to wait a couple weeks for back pay to be reprocessed but sure what harm is another couple weeks. Thanks for response!
