So I'm looking to diversify my podcast list from its current video-games, comedy and sport composition. I thought music might be a good place to start.

Any suggestions of ones to try? I've got Music Weekly from the Guardian and have listened to the most recent episode and will be subscribing. But I'd like something a little less... how should I put this... "hipsterish"? I'd kinda like a mix between the way out there indie stuff that you'd never hear of and more mainstream top 40 stuff.

Sound Opinions - american music show, intro with music news then an interview/discussion with an artist with some live tracks or studio thrown in finishing up with a review of new release album fairly mainstream.

They also do really interesting specific shows about music from x country or david bowie period
