there is a programme about the rallying on RTE 2 right now (730 pm.)

what is the coverage of the WRC on television, what channels are following it?
I don't have sky sports, so hopefully there's a BBC channel!!

The main TV coverage is on BT Sport now. They show 3 live stages each rally and a highlights program each night.

I think ITV 4 might have a one program some evening juring the week???

Group B - when cars were cars and men were scared.

I distinctly remember an interview with a camera crew and they said:

"Footage was great but he was outrunning the helicopter on the straight"

The one on RTE was an edited version of the BBC's "Madness on wheels"

It was a good show alright. There was only two big names that they didn't interview (Mikkola & Alen). Rohrl's arrogance about his driving ability was there to see when he said that the only driver that was quicker than him was Toivenan, and only on one stage did Henri beat him.Rohrl was a superb driver alright, one of the best....

They had interviewed Rohrl, Vatanen, the real Stig, Mouton, Jean Todt, John Davenport, Head of Lancia Cesare Forieo(spelling is crap I know), head of Audi Roland Gumpert. Rohrl made a valid point. In 1973, he did the Monte with 130hp, in 1983 he did it with 430hp. It was the same road, the same rock, the same cliff.....
