Disability benefit overseas

    Is /can disability allowance or benefit be paid to a person not resident here ,ie someone who emigrated to another country still be entitled to receive payments related to DA/ DB ??

    You must be habitually resident to qualify for DA,Some benefit payment can be transferred over seas.

    Illness Benefit can be paid to a claimant in another EEA country (most of Europe) but nowhere else.
    Disability Allowance cannot be transferred anywhere.
