Freelance Rates

Anyone know where I can find NUJ freelance rates (or rates that are actually being paid) for National Dailys? The NUJ site only appears to give British rates, not Irish.

You'll have a hard time finding one - NUJ Ireland claims that there are legal issues stopping them from listing rates like their British branch.

I think it's something to do with price fixing, as it could be argued that listing the rates would stop competition amongst freelancers.
