Cheque Book

    Hi

    I recently made contact with the 365 phone operator and requested the order of a cheque book. I was told that they had entered the request and sent the order to my branch in Camden Street.

    This was over a week ago and I have heard nothing since. 

    I work during the day quite a distance from Camden Street and don't have the chance to drop in and order in person.

    Can you please advise as to whether cheque book requests can be ordered through 365 so I know that my request has been received/ is being processed.

    Sorry to hear you are yet to receive your cheque book in the post. 

    As you mention the representative had passed this order on to Camden street branch, it would be best to call Camden street directly to ask if your cheque book is there for collection.
