Personal trainer for weight loss?

Hi. I want to lose a stone and tone up. I am currently 5ft 6" and weigh 9 and a half stone.

I know what I should and should not be eating. I know I should exercise at least 4 times a week. I have read all the stickies.

My problem is I lack will power and discipline.

Do you think a personal trainer would be beneficial to someone like me or would gym membership or an online training course be good?

I have 2 young children also and I find it difficult to sign up for some classes as the time doesn't suit. When I get home from work, feed them, put them to bed at 8 I am wrecked.

Also roughly how much would a personal trainer cost? (I am in north Dublin). Thanks
