Two questions, Rome related

Howdy, first question relates to the Bus transfer from Ciampino Airport, when booking the Ryanair flights, I booked return bus transfers for two of us, €18. Received the pdf & printed it off. They are two identical tickets on the print off, the date on both is our arrival date, no mention of our departure date & both say Roma City Center - Ciampino Airport rather than one of them saying Ciampino - Roma City Center, is this ok?

Second question relates to breakfast in Rome, other half is a coeliac so the traditional Roman breakfast of pasteries & coffee will not surfice & gets a bit grumpy :D if the belly isn't filled first thing so is it easy enough to get an ommelette or IRE/UK/US style breakfast when we head out in the morning?

Will be staying in the Termini area as it's close for the bus transfer to airport if anybody can recommend a specific eatery for breakfast

    Thanks

Can't help you with the bus, but plenty of places around the Termini to get something to eat, some of the hotels do half decent breakfasts too, you might be lucky.

If Ryanair itself printed you the tickets with no date I'd say it's ok anyway: they'll just take the paper from you once you used it.

Avoiding pasta e cappuccino shouldn't be a problem, you can ask in every bar to give you some coeliac-friendly food for breakfast. Just tell the bartender you have a problem with "celiachia" (c like chicken e like enter and i like intern, ch is k), or that your partner is celiaco (male) or celiaca (female), and they'll give you something right for you.
Also, if you're lucky you could find some typical pastry gluten free (btw, gluten is glutine in Italian, "i" like intern and e like enter, as usual)
    ;)
    just an example http://www.lacannoleriasiciliana.it/it/senza-glutine.html
