In this day of tech how come hosting/server companies havent got software running around the clock watching for dodgy websites running on shared servers and booting them as opposed to above board companies getting tared with the same brush

Was with BK for a number of years and never came across this problem before. While a pain the bigger problem is some clients say they dont even get a junk mail and I dont get bounce back so it the email just disappears into hyper space.

Last question, what does anyone think of MXtoolbox free blacklist monitor
