Ping Times & Daily Slow Down - Bray, Co. Wicklow

    Been monitoring this for a while but without fail (Most days) the eircom system sits down on its knee's in the morning and once again between 10.30 / 11pm.

    These are the ping times in Bray at 11am and 11pm respectively. Granted the pings (And speed) got better in-between these times but its come to a point where something has to be done. All pings done with a single laptop connected to the LAN. No other traffic.

    Also, eFibre is apparently unavailable at my location however the industrial park behind me (A mere 100m) have it and numbers on my exchange do. For example:

    01 274 12XX (Has it) when I am on the same exchange, and can't get it. I appreciate line quality etc is an issue here but I would appreciate a full investigation rather than relying simply on a Yes/No from the eFibre site.
