Trying a placepot and jackpot for some interest. Few lays for me today, and maybe two plays.

    8x1
    13x4
    10x8
    7
    10x1
    16x14x17

Just wondering is that an independent bookie? Getting that kind of money on in a shop @14/1 is next to impossible.

That's it, Wayne Lordan, is, the undisputed King of 6 f Curragh Races. Last year, he won them for fun, especially the weekday races, always handy for a few quid , hopefully Lynham has Slade Power ready for the season.

The banker placepot lands, even if outridden by Pat Smullen.

Another fav unplaced, if I can hit the frame in the Lincoln, I might be on for a very nice dividend.

Boyle and they took it after ringing I presume head office. I'm not from there and he made no qualms about his bet in front of anyone, I don't know but if they took it I,d say they know it won't win

Turning into a Paul Carberry benefit at Downpatrick. Can see that latest result reversed.

2 more legs in the placepot up. 3 bullets at the Lincoln now.

they know nothing , but they have every chance to lay it off at bigger prices on the exchange
in my experience putting on that kind of bet you don't go to your local bookie anymore and you don't make a big show of placing it .
best of luck to him hope his info is spot on and if not hope he can afford to lose it

    That Downpatrick 3.55 reversed.

Hadn't anything on it but I don't think Enright was too much in the wrong there. If he'd of pulled to the rail a few seconds earlier he wouldn't have lost it. It was a tight gap Carberry was going for, albeit he was on the better horse.

Ideal result here would be Cheval Rouge - Lord Aeryn - Shipyard. Not asking much, am I?

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 2,475 ✭✭✭carpothepunk

Cheval Rouge backers, there is 40s available on betfair, with 6s place only.

Cheval traded quite short, and an old favourite of mine, Bold Thady, does me for 4th to kill the placepot. :(

Delighted with Bold Thandy, nice each way , tip my hat off to the poster who mentioned him earlier.

A bit disappointed with Defining year, but meh, maybe amother shot at galway,?
