Correct Replacement Sink Waste Plug / Stopper?

    Hi,

    Our sink is labelled Fregadero BE 400x400x180. The sink waste plug is damaged - the rubber seal and various metal parts have all come apart and even when re-assembled, it is unreliable in terms of retaining water in the sink.

    Some Googling suggests this is a Teka sink.When I go to the Teka website, the BE 40.40.18 sink (which would appear to be to be the same sink based on both looks and numbering system) is stated as having "Accessories: 3 1/2 basket waste, Pop-up version" Now our sink doesn't have this pop-up functionality (i.e. the ability to let the water out of the sink via external lever without putting your hands in the water) and it never had from what I can figure out.

    Any searches on eBay or Amazon for for a 3.5 inch basket waste plug (or combination of those words) gives the pop-up version. I bought an Easiplumb "Replacement 52mm Sink Waste Plug" a few weeks ago and that looks identical to the naked eye but unfortunately it's not and doesn't fit the sink hole.

    I've emailed Teka but any suggestions on getting the correct replacement?
