I got my rent supplement review form from the social wefare yesterday, my landlord lives in a different county and I will have to post it to him, get him to fill it out, send it back to me and then I can send it away. I will most certainly ask my landlord to return it ASAP, in the past he has been a little slow about this stuff so I was wondering if they would give me an extension if I asked maybe even a couple of days, I have everything else ready to go, letter from the council, receipts etc. it's just this I worry that if it isn't returned in the 10 days I could have bother.

Also does anyone know if I need to proved proof of income, this is my first time ever doing this so I want to send everything in and get it over and done with as quickly and easily as possible.

If you are getting a SWA payment stating that on the form should be good enough. If you are working then enclose copies of recent payslips. I think they are also asking for the last six months of bank statements too. With regards to your landlord, I would give the rents review section a call and explain your situation to them. I am sure they will give you some more time if needed.

Wonder if they are going to do this every year (review)?

I think it is now done every 6 months now. It is where I live, Tipp.

It can and will be done as often as the CWO thinks necessary.
