[ out quote="RickyWed;92527361"]Fury is a wimp with zero high profile experience, all just talk rubbish[/quote]

How do you come to that conclusion?

He was all set to fight Haye until Haye chickened out twice.

A wimp? And when was the last time you got into a ring?

For all his faults, Fury is certainly not shy of a scrap and has mixed it with ranked heavyweights.

Fury will fight anyone, and I find him to be very entertaining even if he can't really back it up from a boxing perspective

Billy Joe holding up a plastic skeleton in his live feed video made me think of Big Joe Joyce and his movies.

Comedy gold from the man himself. I'm actually looking forward to Billy Joe V Eubank more than the main event.

An amalgam of Roberto Duran, Roy Jones etc .....no pressure then!

Why would I be in the ring like? What you talkin about get a grip... He is just a fat wimp with very limited skill and beat just baout nobody, thumbs up for him really...Now he is chalanging Joushua :) hehe he is something similar to Khan big words which cant be backed up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 72 ✭✭RickyWed

We have seen how he is gonna fight anyone, Ustinov for instance yap? He chickened out, typical for him... his uncle got sick hehe yeah sure...
Good for him the Haye fight didnt happen as he would get hammered, his glass jaw wont back him up

    7) No Fighter abuse, you can talk facts but calling fighters names etc is just not necessary

Judging by his twitter on OCT 22, (sorry for some reason i cant upload the pics), he learned how to use photobucket:D

BJ and Eubank seemingly came face to face for the first time today. Havn't a link to it yet. Getting excited about this one...

Should be a great night going for Fury KO, Frankie Gavin on PTS and I just cannot separate BJS and Eubank Junior. Far more worthy of PPV than last weekends farce, this is probably the best domestic card I can recall in many years.

    Gotta love Eubank Snr :D
i'm really enjoying Billy Joe's banter lately!

Khan is an Olympic silver medalist and linear Light Welterweight champion of the world who has made more money than maybe 3 or 4 fighters over the last 10 years. I would guess most fighters would take that for a career.

Anna Kournikova made more money while playing tennis that most of the other women tennis players. She was still ****e at tennis :)

Has there been any 'All Access' type of show for this or anything? How is Chisora looking?

No, she did not make more playing tennis than many other players. More than many many lower ranked players.

Read my post, I didn't say playing tennis, I said while playing tennis, the nuance obviously bypassed you.

Oh, so you you meant her earnings from endorsements then? Nothing to do with her tennis earnings? That's grand. You kept it well hidden.

Only if reaching the Wimbeldon Open semi-finals at 16 on your debut there, winning two Grand Slam doubles titles and reaching no. 8 in the world singles rankings and no. 1 in the doubles rankings means you're sh!te at something......

As utterly pointless and irrelevant a post as I've ever seen on these boards - and that's saying something.

I was thinking the same myself. Not sure what comparing the ring earnings of Khan to the global endorsement earnings of one of the most famous sports stars of the past 20 years has to do with anything...

Because he was trying to make the point your earnings dont reflect how good you actually are. Anyway daft discussion. What thread is this again

Really struggling to pick a winner here, don't rate either of them. An in shape Chisora is dangerous, what's he looking like? Seemed in decent nick before the cancelled fight, may have dropped back since?

Fury seems to be gone very quiet so you'd have to wonder what state he is in. Last time I saw him he was rocking a huge beard! I'd still fancy him to jab his way to a points win.

If chisora comes in light and can keep it going for 12 rounds. Iv a feeling he will outwork fury. I just cant see how he will see out 12 rounds. Anyway ill go chisora on tight points win. Id expect him to win most of the latter rounds. Now everyone please go back a fury ko victory 😃

Sorry to be off topic, just curious as to how you would judge a successful career? Prize fighters generally judged on money and titles and in both columns he has been very successful?
