Chromecast and downloads

I'm living in the Armagh City and thinking of changing my ISPS (currently talk talk)

The reason I'm looking at changing is because of the introduction of Chromecast to this part of the world.

It occurs to me that to get the best use of Chromecast two things are needed. 1. A fast reliable download speed and 2 and perhaps more important a really good data allowance, unlimited would be the ideal.

I'm doing a little research at the moment and looking at the following providers: stay with Talk Talk or jump ship and go to UTV, maybe BT, or even PlusNet

Anybody use any of the last three here in the the north of Ireland? Any suggestions as to what sort of package / download speed one should be looking at to make full use of media streaming which is becoming more and more common
