Fiesta noise when using clutch in reverse

Just got it back from the mechanic at the weekend He changed all four brake lines/hoses It wasn't making this noise before... Seems to be only when using bite of clutch to reverse slowly. Engine light flicked on then off Any ideas if this could be related? It's a 2001 fiesta 1.25 zetec Thanks
