    Just a little personal diary about getting back into shape and hoping it will keep me focused. Going to try a weekly weigh in on Mondays, suggestions / comments are most welcome.

    Brief History
    Back in 2008 I weighed almost 17st and over 2 years I managed to loose almost 4 stone and weighed approx 13 stone. Height of my fitness was in 2010 running 8min miles in road races.

    Current Situation
    Mid 2012 I changed job which involved a lot of traveling, also was in an accident which had me less mobile for about 6 month (leg and arm injury).
    Been given a clean bill of health and today I start my refocus on getting healthy again.
    My confidence has taken a little hit but I'm more determined now than ever.
    Weight: 15st 04
    Height: 5ft 10
    BMI: 30.7

    Goal
    • First target is to be 14st 04 on August 9th so that is almost 20 weeks and I think will be realistic.
    • I've signed up for the Cork City Half Marathon in June with a goal of finishing it by running / jogging it.
    • September half marathon in sub 2hours
