anyone got a receipt for a deben 12v 10amp lithium battery

    hi i am wondering if anyone can help i bought a deben 12v 10amp Lithium Battery Pack in smyths hunting shop in newery last august and i paid in cash (i know it was august because it was 3 weeks before my young lads birthday) but anyway the led battery gauge has stopped working and i have been caught out in the field a few times because of this this is my second battery pack because i got out of hunting for a while because of very personal reason and sold my last one to a friend a couple of year ago but i have lost the receipt to the one i bought in newery i have tore the house apart looking for it so i cant bring it back to the shop i emailed deben direct and they said i can return it to them but they need proof of purchase so i was just wondering if anyone here can anyone do me a photocopy of a receipt or help in any way or give me some advise

    Did you try contacting the shop where you bought it, they might help you more so than deben, most manufacters don't want to deal with the public and would rather go through the shop/rep with complaints

    i rang the shop and explained the situation and they are looking for the receipt as well but i have lost it and even after tearing the house apart i cant find it but i emailed deben and they are are more than willing to fix it if a proof of purchase was provided so i was going to deal straight with them i thought it might be easier to get a photocopy of a proof of purchase off someone and send that to deben
