    Twice this week this has happened.
    Bioshock Infinite and Blacklist.

    Dont recall buying them before, how often does this happen to you?

    I have a lot of bad luck with this, I buy a game and a week later it tends to be 75% off. Not bought a game the isn't on sale in a long time due to this, but this means I'm yet to pick up a lot of the latest games

    I suspect a lot of people get games included in certain packages that they bought on sale, and completely forget that the game was included.

    I blame steam mobile app and pubs.

    The amount of times i have added something to my basket and only seeing "buy for a friend" and have 0 recolection of buying it.

    Its worse when the game is already installed
