I bought my g&g top tech 416 last year so it's a gen3 ( same as the new one less the MOSFET and barrel)
It's an electric blowback and obviously a high quality gun from top tech.
Just wanted to know if I cum run lipo on it the way it is.
The battery goes in the crane stock. Thanks

Yeah you can run a lipo no bother. Use a 7.4v not an 11.1v.

From my basic lipo knowledge a 7.4v wouldn't be very much different than a regular 9.6.
And why do u advise against the 11.1?

Unless your gearbox is heavily upgraded an 11.1v will wear out certain parts very quickly. There is nothing stopping you from using them but said I'd give ya a heads up.
