    Hi

I have a white sky+ box and want to know if I can get the itv/channel 5 channels on my irish sky epg? I have them on the "other channels" but would like to have full 7 day epg/recording facility/live pause etc. can this be done?

I've heard of a card trick and blue button trick but can't figure out how to do them with my sky box??

    Thanks

Put on Sky News and press the Red button.

    Take out Sky card.

Switch off box. (or else change channels)

The box should reboot and you should have the Uk Epg.

I havent done that trick in years because I upgraded to a Hd box.

Your solution doesn't put them on the Irish EPG let alone give a hybrid EPG and it certainly doesn't allow future recording.

As he already has the channels in Other Channels your solution doesn't really offer anything else rather than be able to record a live channel (achievable by putting the card back into the slot and hitting Record immediately).
