I'm not a particular fan of the game of rugby.

However, I appreciate the effort that it takes to succeed at the highest of rugby (as in all sports).

However, what annoys me is the fact that "media figures" have piggy backed on other peoples hard work.

I wouldn't begrudge anyone enjoying an occasion like this but are irish people bad winners in general.

But you kinda are begrudging even if you're trying to use "media figures" as a Trojan horse to whine.

    Do we overdo it sometimes?

Ireland won the northern hemispheres premier rugby competition , the worlds most capped player is finishing up , it was a CRACKER of a game , this coming from a non rugby person , its St Patricks weekend , its a bank holiday and the POXY sun is shining !!!!!

if we are ever going to over do it - this is the time !!!!

Op I'm in shock, I do believe that's the first post I noticed from you that didn't have sexual wan*ing tone in it. Are you unwell?

    In what way?

    What is your point?

Do you think that no one apart from people directly involved in the team has any right to comment or even just congratulate or celebrate the victory. Your post smacks of begrudgery of enjoyment in general.

There is a parade tomorrow you can rain on that too.

What has the 6 Nations got to do with that?

The purpose of the Ireland 6 Nations story is Ireland won the 6 Nations. Who gives a flying fuck what some non athletic person has to say on the story?

The solution would be not to watch or pay attention to media. End of story. Their business is not winning sports trophies.
